The BTR x TRICK TURBO is a T4 flange single turbo kit designed for 1999-2013 GM trucks. It combines quality cast and fabricated components from Trick Turbo with a BTR 7875 turbocharger. This kit is engineered to support 800-1500 horsepower applications with its large frame T4 flange and 3.5-inch downpipe.

The BTR x TRICK TURBO kit is a comprehensive T4 flange single turbo system engineered for 1999-2013 GM trucks with LS-powered GMT800 and GMT900 platforms. This kit is designed to significantly boost performance, supporting applications ranging from 800 to 1500 horsepower. Key features include a budget-friendly design that allows for the reuse of the stock driver's side manifold or an upgrade to a reinforced BD Diesel manifold. The kit incorporates a cast stainless steel passenger side housing for optimal flow and turbo support. Its large frame T4 flange accommodates up to 1.25 AR housings and includes a 3.5-inch V-band downpipe, with an option for a removable T4/T6 open adapter for future upgrades to T6 turbos up to 1.32 AR. An intercooler upgrade to a 4-inch core is also available. The kit is compatible with most 44-46mm wastegate options on the market, including VS Racing, TiAL, Precision, and Turbosmart models. It is also designed to work with factory A/C systems, though trucks with the optional Hu6 A/C compressor from 1999-2002 will require a conversion to a 2003+ 10S17F compressor. Comprehensive accessory kits are included, featuring an air filter kit, oil line kit, thermal sleeve, turbo blanket, check valve, breather filter, heater hoses and clamps, vacuum line, and LS oil feed blocks.
