T4 Turbo Mounting Kit for S366SX-E

The Irate Diesel IRATE T4 Kit with S366SX-E Turbo is a complete turbocharger system designed to deliver between 425-550 horsepower, suitable for towing applications. This kit is engineered to work seamlessly with stock injectors up to 250/200 hybrid injectors, and will still spool quickly with stock injectors if you plan future upgrades. The system features the Borg S366SX-E turbocharger with a billet wheel, integrated into the IDP T4 mounting system. The kit includes 304ss up-pipes and intercooler piping, with all components manufactured in the USA. This kit is compatible with 1994-2003 Ford F-Series and Super Duty trucks, with specific fitment notes for different model years. Trucks from 1994-1997 and early 1999 models will require the addition of plenums to the order, while 1999.5-2003 models can use existing plenums, though it is not recommended. For 1994-1997 OBS trucks, wastegates are not available, and firewall modifications may be necessary for the downpipe installation depending on body mount conditions. Additionally, 1994-1997 trucks must have an electric fuel system for the oil drain to function correctly. For these older models, replacing worn body mounts is recommended for easier downpipe fitment. The kit includes a comprehensive list of parts, such as a pedestal, L bracket, bellowed up-pipe assembly, braided oil supply and stainless oil drain lines, aluminum turbo and valley drain flanges, a stainless intake Y, intercooler pipes (3 for OBS, 2 for SD), a 4” stainless intake pipe, and a downpipe. Various clamps, V-bands, and fittings are also included to ensure a complete installation. A 2.5-3” boot is provided for the compressor outlet. For 1994-1997 trucks without an intercooler, a bypass tube option is available, which replaces the intercooler pipes and includes boots and a pipe to connect the turbo to the intake Y without an intercooler, provided 3” plenums are used.
