Overview

The TREMEC T-56 Magnum F is a 6-speed manual transmission designed for 1998-2002 GM F-bodies. It features a 700 lb-ft torque capacity and is built using TREMEC's TR-6060/Magnum architecture for improved performance over the original T-56. This transmission offers a close-ratio gear set with a 2.66:1 first gear and a 0.63:1 sixth gear.

Constructed with an aluminum case, it weighs approximately 135 lbs dry. The Magnum-F includes a shifter with incredibly short, low-effort throws for crisp engagement. It also features dual speedo pickups and multiple shifter locations for versatility.
