T6 Single Turbo System with 80mm Turbocharger

The On3 Performance T6 Single Turbo System is a bolt-on forced induction kit designed for 1999–2013 Chevy and GMC 1500 and 2500 trucks equipped with 4.8L, 5.3L, or 6.0L engines. It features a custom, bank-to-bank separated turbo manifold and includes an 80mm CNC billet wheel turbocharger, dual 44mm v-banded wastegates, and a 4-inch core intercooler.

The system utilizes 3-inch aluminum cold-side piping and a 4-inch 304 stainless steel downpipe to manage airflow and heat dissipation. The design retains the stock driver-side manifold and includes a crossover pipe engineered to clear 4x4 drivetrain components and transfer cases.
