Overview

The VRSF Charge Pipe Upgrade Kit is constructed from mandrel bent, T6061 aluminum and features CNC billet aluminum flanges for a leak-free connection. It is finished in a durable wrinkle black powder coat and includes 4-ply silicone couplers and stainless steel t-bolt clamps. The kit also comes with a plugged 1/8″ NPT bung for various uses.

It is a direct replacement for the OEM charge pipe, which is prone to failure at both stock and tuned boost levels.

The VRSF Charge Pipe Upgrade Kit is engineered to enhance performance for your BMW F25/F26 X3 35iX, X4 35iX, and X4 M40iX equipped with the N55 engine. Constructed from mandrel-bent T6061 aluminum, this charge pipe features precision-machined CNC billet aluminum flanges, ensuring a robust and leak-free connection at the throttle body, intercooler, and vacuum ports. Finished in a durable wrinkle black powder coating, the VRSF charge pipe offers a discreet appearance that complements the engine bay. It includes a plugged 1/8″ NPT bung, providing a port for water injection, boost leak testing, or other applications. VRSF also recommends replacement throttle body c-clips and o-rings (sold separately) to ensure a complete and secure installation. The included 3" piping is matched to the throttle body for optimal flow.
