T620Z Bolt-On Turbo Kit

The GReddy T620Z bolt-on turbo kit is engineered for the Toyota GR86 and Subaru BRZ, specifically models 3BA-ZN8 and 3BA-ZD8 equipped with the FA24 engine, model years 2021.10~ (GR86) and 2021.08~ (BRZ). This comprehensive kit includes a T620Z-10cm² turbine with a dedicated actuator, a SUS exhaust manifold (42.7φ), and a SUS front pipe (50φ). It also features an air-cooled intercooler (TYPE 42F) with a 50mm inlet and 60-80mm outlet, aluminum piping, and an AIRINX S70 air intake, along with other necessary hardware. To achieve optimal performance and smooth acceleration, ECU reprogramming is required using the separately sold GReddy Performance ECU and MAP Sensor set. An oil pan with an attached oil return tube, sold separately, can significantly reduce installation time. A recommended engine oil grade is 5W-40 or higher. This kit is available in two configurations: with a catalytic converter (200cpi) or as a straight pipe version without a catalytic converter. For installation, an estimated work time of 11 hours, including ECU rewriting, is recommended. Note that the engine check light may illuminate depending on driving conditions.
