The system includes mandrel-bent tubing and a 3-angle filter adapter. It is reported to increase horsepower and torque over stock configurations.

The AFE Power Takeda Stage-2 Pro 5R Cold Air Intake System is designed to enhance your vehicle's performance by improving airflow to the engine. This system replaces the restrictive factory intake with a more efficient design, featuring a Pro 5R filter for optimal air filtration and flow. Engineered for performance, this Takeda intake system has undergone dyno testing, which resulted in documented gains of up to 13 horsepower and 11 lbs. x ft. of torque. It also achieves a significant 38% increase in airflow and a 24% increase in outflow compared to the stock intake, contributing to improved throttle response and overall engine efficiency. The Takeda Stage-2 system is noted for its sport compact, open-element design, which not only boosts power but also enhances the engine's sound. The Pro 5R filter is a reusable, oiled filter designed for high performance and easy maintenance.
