The Hawk Performance Talon brake rotor and pad kit offers a performance brake upgrade. These kits include Hawk brake pads and high-quality Talon rotors, designed to work seamlessly together. The Hawk HPS (High Performance Street) compound is a Ferro-Carbon formula developed for street performance, offering 20-40% more stopping power and higher resistance to brake fade than most standard replacement pads, with less brake dust than OEM pads but more than ceramic compounds. The HPS compound has an operating temperature range of 100-700°F and an optimal range of 100-500°F. Hawk Talon Drilled & Slotted rotors are high-carbon, built to OE specifications, weights, and production processes, and engineered to fit without modification. They feature Hawk Performance's unique DTC curved slot design, are precision machined, finished, and weather-fortified in North America, passing the ISO-9227 salt-spray test for corrosion resistance. The rotors are balanced and incorporate precision milled slots to reduce harmonic resonance.
