Talon Street Rotor/B

The Hawk Performance Talon brake rotor and pad kit is a performance brake upgrade for the rear of the 1997 Lexus ES300. It includes Hawk brake pads (Performance Ceramic or HPS 5.0 compound) and a pair of high-quality Talon rotors. The Performance Ceramic (PC) compound is designed to minimize brake dust, reduce noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH), and is gentle on rotors. It offers improved stopping power and a stable friction output, with an operating temperature range of 100-650°F and an optimal range of 100-450°F. The HPS 5.0 compound provides increased street performance with aggressive torque, good rotor and pad wear, smooth, predictable control, high rates of deceleration, and consistent release characteristics. It has an operating temperature range of 100-750°F and an optimal range of 100-550°F. The Hawk Talon Drilled & Slotted rotors are made from Grade 3000 Cast Iron, are black coated, and feature Hawk Performance's DTC curved slot design. They are built to OE specifications, weights, and production processes, and are engineered to fit a vehicle's current braking system without modification. They are precision engineered, machined, finished, and weather-fortified in North America to ensure durability and corrosion resistance, exceeding the ISO-9227 salt-spray test for 240 hours. The rotors are balanced and incorporate precision milled slots to reduce harmonic resonance.
