The Hawk HPS 5.0 (High Performance Street 5.0) brake pad compound provides advanced braking characteristics, enhancing the driving experience with shorter stopping distances, improved performance under heavy braking, and street-car-friendly characteristics. It offers increased brake torque and operating temperature compared to the Hawk HPS compound, with minimal fade under higher temperatures and high friction/torque hot or cold. It's designed to be the premium replacement pad for various vehicles, including tuner market cars, and is "Made in the USA."

Hawk Talon Rotors are built to OE specifications, weights, and production processes, and are engineered to fit a vehicle's current braking system without modification. They feature Hawk Performance's unique and proprietary DTC curved slot design, are precision engineered, machined, finished, and weather-fortified in North America. They are made from Grade 3000 Cast Iron-black coated and have a Black Magni brake rotor coating barrier for superior corrosion resistance and quick, easy bed-in. Proven cross-drilled designs optimize thermal efficiency, heat dissipation, strength, and improve wet braking. All rotors are balanced with CNC programmed, precision milled slots to reduce harmonic resonance issues, maintain a clean pad surface, and expel debris. They are salt-spray tested per ISO-9227, exceeding the 240-hour requirement.
