Tandem Master Cylinder, 7/8" or 15/16" Bore

The Wilwood 260-9439 is a tandem aluminum master cylinder engineered for manual brake applications. Available in finishes such as black e-coat, this unit offers a 7/8" or 15/16" bore size with a 1.10" stroke and a 2:1 volume ratio between its primary and secondary chambers. Its design accommodates mount flanges from 3.22” to 3.40”, fitting most domestic cars and trucks from the mid-1960s to the present. Machined from high-pressure die castings, this master cylinder provides a significant weight saving, being approximately 75% lighter than traditional cast iron OE master cylinders, weighing only 3 lbs. It includes a pushrod and features fluid outlet ports on both sides of the bore, with specific outlet sizes of 1/2-20 and compatible fits of 3/8-24 IF or 1/2-20 IF for the first outlet, and 3/8-24 IF or 9/16-18 IF for the second. The integral reservoir offers capacities of 8.0 oz / 4.8 oz or 14.4 cu in / 8.7 cu in.
