The Titan 7020399 67 Gallon Mid-Ship Replacement Fuel Tank is designed for 1999-2007 Ford F-250/350/450 7.3L / 6.0L Powerstroke Crew Cab, Long Bed Pickup trucks. It provides an increased fuel capacity of 67 gallons (31 gallons more than stock) for extended driving range. Constructed from corrosion-proof, high-density cross-linked polyethylene (XLHDPE) with a 1/4 inch nominal thickness, it offers enhanced durability and is lighter than metal tanks. The design simplifies installation, reusing most stock components, including the existing sending unit, ensuring the analog fuel gauge reads correctly. It is a direct fit replacement, requiring no modifications, and hangs 1.5 inches below the stock fuel tank shield bracket and is 2.5 inches deeper than the OEM tank. This tank is specifically for diesel fuel and Powerstroke V8 engines and will not fit cab & chassis models. The tank body is backed by a lifetime warranty.
