TD025R Turbocharger

The BNR TD025R Turbocharger is engineered as a direct swap replacement for the factory turbocharger in 2016+ Chevrolet Cruze 1.4T and Malibu 1.5T models, as well as the Vanderhall Venice R. This unit utilizes a significantly larger custom-made billet extended tip compressor wheel and a larger turbine wheel to enhance performance. It is VSR balanced to 200,000 RPM and is constructed using brand new, Mitsubishi-sourced cores, distinguishing it from competitors who may use used or salvaged components. The turbocharger is capable of supporting over 250+ WHP. BNR offers optional add-ons, including their BNR HPRV or S-Line Bypass Valve and Wastegate, which can be pre-installed at a discount. The product comes with a full 12-month unlimited mileage warranty covering defects in parts or workmanship. However, any disassembly by unauthorized facilities will void the warranty. It is designed and tested with BNR Tuning, and compatibility with other tuning solutions may vary.
