The Kinugawa Turbo Billet CHRA (Center Housing Rotating Assembly) is designed as a performance upgrade for specific Volvo TD04HL turbochargers. This unit replaces the core components of your existing turbo with upgraded parts, including an 11-blade billet compressor wheel measuring 46mm inducer and 58mm exducer, and a 9-blade high-flow TD04HL turbine wheel measuring 45.6mm inducer and 52mm exducer. This CHRA utilizes a dual ceramic ball bearing system, which significantly reduces friction and improves spool response compared to journal bearing systems. For precise balancing, it has been balanced by Schenck MBRS 110 in Germany, ensuring smooth operation and longevity. This CHRA is a direct fit for TD04HL-13T, TD04HL-15T, TD04HL-16T, TD04HL-18T, and TD04HL-19T stock turbochargers found on Volvo 850, S70, and V70 models, regardless of whether they feature a 6cm or 7cm turbine housing, or a straight or angled turbine housing.
