TD04HL-19T Turbocharger with 6cm Nozzle Turbine Housing

The Kinugawa TD04HL-19T 6cm turbocharger is a performance upgrade specifically engineered for the SAAB 9-3 2.0T models featuring B207L and B207R engines. It is also compatible with the Opel Vectra and Signum (Z20NET engine) from 2003-2008, and the Cadillac BLS (B207L/B207R engines) from 2006-2010, all utilizing the Z20NET or equivalent B207 engines. This turbocharger boasts a 6cm² nozzle area turbine housing with an internal wastegate. It employs a robust journal bearing system, complemented by oil and water cooling for optimal thermal management and longevity. The compressor wheel specifications are 46mm / 58.0mm, with options for 11+0 blades designed for high-RPM performance and 6+6 blades optimized for low-end torque. The turbine wheel measures 52mm / 45.6mm and is available in STD, STS, and STS55 configurations. Customers can select from various compressor wheel types (Cast 6+6, Billet 6+6, Billet 11+0) and turbine wheels (11 Blades STD, 9 Blades STS, 10 Blades STS 55). The valve type can be configured as a Factory BCV, Block Plate, Adjustable BCV, or Adjustable BOV. The default actuator pressure is 1.0 bar (14.7 Psi), with options to change to other pressures ranging from 0.3 bar to 2.0 bar upon request. The included springs for the wastegate actuator are typically green (5-15 Psi) by default, with optional yellow (15-23 Psi) and blue (23-30 Psi) springs available. The set includes the turbocharger, chosen valve type component, and a balanced report with an anti-counterfeit tag. It is important to note that the maximum power potential of this turbocharger is based on compressor map choke flow and depends heavily on vehicle modifications and proper tuning and calibration. The turbo is brand new and balanced on a SCHENK MRBS 110 machine. Kinugawa Turbo Systems provides a 1-year warranty against defects.
