The Kinugawa Turbo TD04HL-19T is an aftermarket upgrade turbocharger engineered for specific Volvo models, including the 850, S70, V70, S80, S60, C70, and XC70 equipped with B5234, B5244, B5254T, or N2P series engines. This unit utilizes a 19T compressor wheel and a 7cm nozzle area turbine housing with an angled flange and internal wastegate. It is constructed with a journal bearing core and a 360-degree performance thrust bearing kit for enhanced durability, utilizing oil and water cooling. Installation requires professional calibration and tuning to achieve optimal performance, as results depend heavily on the individual vehicle's existing modifications and setup. The default actuator pressure is set to 1.0 bar (14.7 psi), though alternative pressure settings are available by request. Users should note that this kit is designed to replace specific factory turbochargers, including various 49189-05xxx series models. Performance results and maximum potential flywheel power are calculated based on compressor map choke flow. This turbocharger includes a factory boost control valve, though it can be configured with an adjustable blow-off valve or recirculating valve.
