TD04L-19T Turbocharger 5cm Nozzle Internal Wastegate

The Kinugawa Turbo TD04L-19T is an upgraded turbocharger designed for specific Saab, Opel, and Cadillac models, including the Saab 9-3 2.0T (B207L, B207R Aero), Opel Vectra/Signum (Z20NET), and Cadillac BLS (B207L, B207R). This turbocharger features a 5cm nozzle area with an internal wastegate and utilizes a journal bearing with oil and water cooling. It offers customizable compressor and turbine wheel options, including a 46.0 / 58.0 mm compressor wheel (available in 11+0 for top-end speed or 6+6 for low-end torque) and a 47 / 41.3 mm turbine wheel (STD or STS blades). The valve type can be configured with a factory BCV, a block plate, an adjustable BCV, or an adjustable BOV, with different spring options available for wastegate actuator pressure. The maximum power potential of this turbocharger is calculated based on compressor map choke flow, but actual performance results are highly dependent on vehicle modifications and tuning/calibration. The turbo is brand new and balanced on a SCHENK MRBS 110 for optimal performance. A 1-year warranty from Kinugawa Turbo Systems is included for peace of mind.
