TD05 20G Turbocharger and Manifold Kit

The Rev9 DSM TD05 20G Turbo and manifold kit is engineered to boost the performance of compatible Mitsubishi Eclipse and Eagle Talon models equipped with the 4G63 motor. Constructed from polished T-304 stainless steel, this kit offers both durability and a refined appearance. The internal surfaces of the manifold are ported and machined smooth to facilitate quicker throttle response and improved airflow. The complete kit includes the TD05 20G turbocharger, a stainless steel turbo manifold, and essential oil feed and drain lines, along with all necessary hardware and gaskets for a straightforward installation. This turbocharger is capable of supporting up to 380 horsepower and provides an airflow rate of 640 CFM. It utilizes reliable journal bearings and features a default internal wastegate set to 13 PSI. The turbo's specifications include a .54 AR compressor, a compressor wheel measuring 52.5mm/68mm in diameter, and a turbine wheel measuring 49.2mm/56mm in diameter. This turbo kit is specifically designed to fit the Mitsubishi Eclipse 1990-1999 (GSX/GST models) and the Eagle Talon 1990-1997 (TSI models) when equipped with the 4G63 engine. Please note that a J-pipe is required to connect to the stock intercooler piping on 2nd Gen Eclipse/Talon models. For optimal performance and reliability, upgrading to a fuel pump such as a Walbro 255 with standard pressure is recommended.
