TD05H-16G Turbocharger

The Kinugawa TD05H-16G turbocharger is a purpose-built performance upgrade for Mitsubishi 4G63T engines, targeting significant power increases in modified vehicles. It features a 3-inch anti-surge or non-anti-surge compressor housing and a 7cm turbine housing with a Mitsubishi single-scroll inlet and a 4-bolt outlet. This turbo is specifically designed for applications including the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 1, 2, and 3, Galant VR-4, DSM 1G & 2G (1990–1999 Eclipse GST / GSX), 1990–1998 Eagle Talon TSi, and 1990–1994 Plymouth Laser RS. The CHRA size is TD05H-16G, offering various compressor and turbine wheel options to tailor performance. Compressor wheel choices include Cast 6+6 blades for balanced spool and mid-range power, Billet 6+6 blades for enhanced low-end torque, and Billet 11+0 blades optimized for top-end speed. Turbine wheel options range from the standard 12 Blades STD for reliability, to the 9 Blades STS for faster spool, and the 10 Blades STS 55 for maximum high-RPM flow. The turbo utilizes a journal bearing system with a 360 Performance Thrust Bearing Kit for durability under boost. Cooling is managed via oil and water lines to the dual-port center housing. Installation Note: The 3" compressor housing requires modification to your intake system or coolant tubes for proper fitment. The turbo comes with a default internal wastegate set to 1.0 bar (14.7 psi), with other pressures available upon request. Included in the package are the turbocharger assembly, oil supply and return lines, a water coolant supply and return kit, turbine gasket kit, and a balance report with an anti-counterfeit tag.
