TD05H-16G Turbocharger

The Kinugawa Turbo TD05H-16G is a performance turbocharger engineered to boost engine output, specifically designed for certain Toyota models. It features a TD05H-16G CHRA with a compact 7cm turbine housing, which contributes to faster spool-up compared to stock 8cm housings. The compressor side boasts a 48.3 / 68.0 mm wheel, offering a balance for low-end torque and top-end speed depending on the blade type chosen, while the turbine wheel measures 56.0 / 49.2 mm. The compressor housing has a 3-inch inlet and a 2-inch outlet with an AR.60 nozzle area. The turbine housing features a Toyota CT26 4-bolt inlet and outlet, making it a bolt-on stock type replacement. It comes with an internal wastegate and a default actuator pressure of 1.0 bar / 14.7 Psi, with options to customize this pressure upon request. This turbocharger is application-specific, fitting the Toyota Land Cruiser HJ61, Toyota Land Cruiser J60 (4-speed H41F or H42F manual transmission, U.S. market only), and Toyota Coaster HB20 and HB30 models. It is rated for an estimated 150-200 HP for diesel applications. The product includes essential components such as oil and water supply lines, turbine inlet/outlet gaskets, and a Kinugawa Balance Report with an anti-counterfeit tag.
