TD05H-20G Turbocharger

The Kinugawa Turbo TD05H-20G is a direct bolt-on turbocharger engineered for Mitsubishi 4G63T engines, including applications in the Lancer EVO 1-3, Galant VR-4, DSM 1G/2G, Eagle Talon, and Plymouth Laser. It is constructed with a journal bearing system featuring a 360-degree design and performance thrust bearing kits for enhanced durability and performance. The compressor wheel specifications are 52.3 / 68.0 mm, utilizing a 6+6 blade design for improved low-end torque and an 11+0 blade configuration for optimal top-end speed. The turbine wheel measures 56.0 / 49.2 mm and is offered in three types: STD, STS, and STS55. The compressor housing features a stock 2.5″ inlet and a stock 2-bolt outlet, while the turbine housing has a 7cm² nozzle area, a Mitsubishi single scroll inlet, and a Mitsubishi 4-bolt outlet. The unit is internally gated with a 34mm wastegate flapper and requires both oil and water cooling. The default actuator pressure is set at 1.0 bar / 14.7 Psi, with options to change it to 0.3, 0.5, 0.8, 1.2, 1.5, 1.7, or 2.0 bar upon request. The package includes the turbocharger, oil feed and return line kits, water feed and return line kit, turbine gaskets, and a balance report with an anti-counterfeit tag.
