TD06H-20G Turbocharger

The Kinugawa Turbo TD06H-20G is an anti-surge turbocharger engineered for Nissan RB20DET and RB25DET engines, specifically for the R31, R32, R33, and R34 Skyline models. It also offers a universal application for engines between 2000cc and 3500cc. This turbocharger features a TD06H-20G CHRA size and comes with a variety of customizable wheel specifications. The compressor wheel options include Cast 6+6, Billet 6+6, and Billet 11+0, designed for different performance characteristics like low-end torque and top-end speed. Turbine wheel options are available in STD and STS configurations. The compressor housing has an inlet of 80mm (3.15") with anti-surge design and an outlet of 51mm (2"). The turbine housing features a T3 inlet and a 6-bolt outlet specific to RB20DET/RB25DET engines. It also includes an internal wastegate. For optimal performance and longevity, this turbo utilizes both oil and water cooling methods. It is equipped with a journal bearing system enhanced by a 360-degree performance thrust bearing kit. The standard actuator pressure is set at 1.0 bar (14.7 Psi), but custom actuator pressures ranging from 0.3 bar to 2.0 bar can be specified. Note that the maximum power figures are theoretical and depend heavily on vehicle modifications and tuning. The package includes the turbocharger, oil supply set, drain pipe kit, coolant supply lines, turbine gaskets, a starting kit, and a balance report with an anti-counterfeit tag.
