TD06H-25G Turbocharger

The Kinugawa Turbo TD06H-25G is a performance turbocharger engineered for the Mitsubishi 4B11T engine, commonly found in the Lancer EVO 10 and EVO X models, including Japanese RS, GST, and North American GRS, MR, SE, and Final Edition variants, as well as UK GSR SST and FQ models. This turbocharger features a 60.5/78 mm compressor wheel, available in Cast 6+6 for low-end torque or Billet 11+0 for top-end speed, and a 58.8/67.2 mm turbine wheel with STD or STS options. The compressor housing has a stock 3-bolt inlet and a stock 2-bolt outlet, while the turbine housing features a Mitsubishi twin scroll inlet and a 5-bolt outlet with a 12cm nozzle area. Constructed with Hi-Ni 22% thermal resistance material, it endures higher temperatures. The internal wastegate comes with a default actuator pressure of 1.0 bar / 14.7 Psi, with options to change this setting upon request. The TD06H-25G utilizes a journal bearing system enhanced with a 360 Performance Thrust Bearing Kit, featuring large thrust rings and flingers for improved axial impaction. The package includes an oil supply set, return oil pipeline, water coolant and return kit, turbine gasket kit, the turbocharger itself, and a balance report with an anti-counterfeit tag. Kinugawa Turbo Systems provides a 1-year warranty for this product, covering free overhaul or replacement in case of failure.
