Description

The NTK TD0007 is a Top Dead Center (TDC) Sensor. This sensor reports the precise location of the crankshaft to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). This information is used to determine engine mechanical operation and can help identify a possible cylinder misfire condition. Depending on the application, it may also function as an engine camshaft or crankshaft position sensor.
