The Unplugged Performance Long Tail Decklid Spoiler is an aerodynamic exterior component engineered in collaboration with Koenigsegg Advanced Manufacturing to improve the airflow efficiency of the Tesla Model X. By elongating the natural lines of the rear hatch, the spoiler streamlines airflow over and off the back of the vehicle to minimize turbulence and provide a more dynamic rear aesthetic. Constructed from proprietary autoclaved dry carbon fiber, this spoiler features a unique Koenigsegg carbon fiber weave and is finished with a UV-protectant clear coat. The part is developed using CFD analysis to ensure low-drag efficiency while maintaining high rigidity and a lightweight profile. Installation is straightforward, utilizing 3M double-sided tape, and the design allows for the continued use of the original rear emblem. This spoiler is compatible with all 2012-2022 and 2021+ Tesla Model X and Model X Plaid versions. It is available in either a gloss clear coat or a satin base coat finish. The product is backed by a 5-year structural warranty for the original owner, though base coat finishes are provided as-is for those intending to apply their own custom clear coating or paint protection services.
