The Teckwrap HM10-HD vinyl wrap is a sophisticated 190 Series film designed to provide a high-gloss, paint-like finish for vehicles. Its hybrid polymeric structure includes fine metallic particles that create depth, shifting from a dark, mysterious near-black in shaded conditions to vibrant wine-red and dark cherry highlights under direct sunlight. Technically, the film measures 0.15 mm in thickness and includes a transparent plastic release liner with an air-release grid pattern for easier handling. The adhesive is a Henkel solvent-based acrylic that is weather-resistant and designed for long-term outdoor use, offering up to 3 years of durability on vertical surfaces. For the best result, the film requires professional installation. Installation requires specific environmental conditions, including applying the material at temperatures between +17°C and +23°C. The film is directional, meaning consistency in orientation is required to prevent color shifting across body panels; for optimal consistency, use the same production LOT per vehicle. It is suitable only for sound, fully cured OEM factory finishes. It is NOT compatible with repainted, primed, aftermarket, or damaged surfaces, which are excluded from warranty coverage. Proper aftercare is essential to maintain the finish and keep the warranty valid. Owners must hand wash the vehicle using pH-neutral shampoo (pH 3 to 11) and must strictly avoid waxes, solvents, petroleum-distillate products, automatic car washes, brushes, and high-pressure washers.
