Tein 11-16 Honda CR-Z Flex Z Coilovers

The TEIN FLEX Z coilover kit offers high-end performance with a focus on affordability. Utilizing a new "Sealed Structure" production process, it reduces manufacturing costs while maintaining TEIN's "Made in Yokohama" quality. Key features include a twin-tube system for comfortable street rides, a full-length system for ride height adjustment without affecting damper stroke or spring pre-load, and 16-level damping force adjustment (compression/rebound combined) via a needle valve. These coilovers are compatible with EDFC (Electronic Damping Force Controller) for in-cockpit damping force control (up to 64 levels with EDFC ACTIVE/PRO). They feature wrought aluminum spring seats, low-friction hard-resin thrust washers, and "ZT Coating" on shell cases for rust protection and smooth adjustment. Springs are made of high-tensile SAE9254 steel, cold-formed and powder-coated for durability and sag resistance. The system uses specially-formulated damper oil with stable viscosity and anti-foaming properties. Upper mounts are OEM-style.
