TEIN Flex Z Coilovers are high-end coilovers with features and quality comparable to higher-priced options due to new manufacturing systems. They utilize a twin-tube internal system for comfortable street rides and a full-length height adjustment system that maintains shock travel and ride quality while lowering the car. Features include 16-level damping force adjustment (compression and rebound together) and compatibility with EDFC (Electronic Damping Force Controller) series. They include reinforced rubber or pillowball upper mounts (for strut suspensions with front camber adjustment) for easy installation. Designed with wrought aluminum spring seats, low-friction hard-resin thrust washers, and "ZT Coating" for smooth ride height adjustment, rust protection, and lubricity. The kit includes a user-friendly ride height adjusting wrench. Springs are made of high-tensile steel SAE9254, cold formed for excellent resistance to sagging, and powder coated for durability and anti-corrosion. A specially-formulated high-spec damper oil maintains stable viscosity across temperatures, prevents foaming and thermal degradation, and ensures stable damping force. The kit includes a full set of 4 coilovers and comes with a 12-month warranty from TEIN.
