Description

The STANDARD IGN TS-90 is an engine cooling fan switch designed for precise performance. It utilizes custom wax formulations that expand when heated to activate a snap action electrical contact, transferring a signal to the fan controller. The switch features a formed bimetallic contact arm, leveraging different metal expansion rates for creep action and accurate temperature sensing. All units are calibrated and tested to ensure they make electrical contact at their specified lower-temperature set point.
