Show original supplier description

The MTX F-150EX-09A is a vehicle-specific amplified subwoofer system engineered to add powerful, precise bass to 2009-2015 Ford F-150 Super Cab models without requiring the assembly of separate audio components. By utilizing underutilized areas within the truck, the enclosure maintains a stealthy factory appearance while significantly upgrading the low-frequency performance of your audio setup. The system features a high-performance 10-inch Terminator subwoofer paired with a 250-watt RMS integrated Class D amplifier, ensuring the components are matched for optimal power handling and output. The enclosure is constructed from robust MDF and wrapped in aviation-grade carpet to ensure long-term durability and acoustic stability within the harsh automotive environment. Installation is streamlined with the included hardware, allowing the system to integrate seamlessly with both factory and aftermarket head units using provided speaker-level inputs. Please note that this unit is specifically designed for the F-150 Super Cab configuration and is not compatible with other cab styles or vehicle platforms.
