Description

The VIS Racing carbon fiber hood, in the distinctive TERMINATOR style, is meticulously crafted for 2008-2017 Mitsubishi Lancer 4-door models. Constructed from Grade-A carbon fiber material, this hood utilizes a robust two-part design. The top layer is bonded with high-grade epoxy resin, ensuring durability and a premium finish, and then coated with an ultra-clear, UV-protective polyurethane for a lasting high gloss. A one-piece, smooth underside shell is fused to the top layer, significantly enhancing the product’s structural integrity. VIS Racing has further refined their manufacturing process with the introduction of the Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.), which produces parts that are 10-20% lighter while simultaneously improving their durability. This advanced VIP process is being transitioned across their full spectrum of carbon parts. This hood is specifically designed to fit Mitsubishi Lancer models from 2008 through 2017, exclusively for the 4-door body style.
