The Tamiya TEU-106BK is a compact forward/reverse electronic speed controller specifically designed for twin-motor R/C models like the Dual Hunter, Agrios, and Super Clod Buster. This ESC offers user-friendly operation with a single button for setting forward/reverse high points and neutral position. This speed controller is equipped with essential protection features, including heat and over-current protection, indicated by an LED. It supports Lithium-Ion battery technologies and includes a crucial battery cut-off function to prevent over-discharging, with alarm and LED warnings for no-signal status. The TEU-106BK also boasts an aluminum heat sink for efficient cooling and a built-in BEC (battery elimination circuit). Key specifications include a maximum continuous current of 150A forward and 75A reverse, with a high-frequency wave drive system operating at 1kHz. It is compatible with electric brushed motors for RC cars, specifically up to 2 Sport Tuned Motors or motors with more than 25 Turns. Motors rated below 25 Turns are not recommended and should not be used with this ESC. The input voltage range is 6.6-7.2V, and it provides a 6.0V/2A output for the receiver.
