The ICT Billet kick-down cable block-off plug is an aluminum transmission plug designed for GM TH350 transmissions. It is used when a manual valve body is present or the detent cable is not required. This plug features an integrated O-ring seal and a one-piece mounting tab to prevent fluid leaks.
