TH400 to GM 6-Bolt Transfer Case Adapter

The General Motors TAD05-4009-K adapter kit provides a solution for mating a short shaft 4WD TH400 transmission to various GM 6-bolt round pattern transfer cases. This kit is engineered to connect to popular transfer cases such as the NP241C, NP243C, NP246C, NP261C, NP263C, Atlas II (in GM orientation), and the BlackBox/EcoBox. This adapter is specifically designed for applications where a TH400 transmission was originally paired with a New Process 203 transfer case. The adapter features a 6-bolt pattern that is pre-drilled for 3/8" bolts or studs. It is important to note that if your specific application utilizes M10 studs or bolts, the holes on the adapter will require modification (drilling) to ensure proper fitment.
