The Works Full Kit

The Torqhead 24xLink The Works Full Kit provides a complete and proven system for transitioning your 1994–1997 LTx engine to modern LS Gen 3 PCM control, featuring coil-per-plug ignition. Included in this comprehensive package is the 24xLink PCM with a C3 harness, a 24xLink Sensing Unit with an adjustable crank sensor mount, and a 24xLink Crank Hub Assembly with an integrated 24x reluctor. It also comes with OEM GM sensors, coil brackets and harnesses (compatible with D585 or D510C coils), an MSD 8.5mm Black Spark Plug Wire Kit, an OBD2 port for 1994–1995 OBD1 vehicles, and appropriate knock sensors for F-Body or B-Body applications. Water pump gaskets are also provided. Key features include a plug-and-play PCM that directly connects to the existing 1994+ LT1 engine harness, OBD2 diagnostics for modern tuning and troubleshooting, and seamless compatibility with factory gauge clusters. The kit offers support for 1994 & 1995 4L60E transmissions and boasts market-leading crank sensor performance with an adjustable air gap. Notably, the installation does not require timing cover removal, and the cam sensor is precision-aligned at the factory. Every kit undergoes rigorous function testing before shipment to ensure reliability. The installation process involves replacing the Optispark with the 24xLink sensing unit and crank hub, swapping the PCM, and connecting the factory LT1 connectors and C3 harness. Ignition coils are installed with the provided brackets, and an OBD2 port is fitted for 1994–1995 vehicles. For OBD1 cars, knock sensors need to be replaced before refilling coolant.
