The Mishimoto Thermal Bypass Valve Kit is engineered to maintain optimal transmission fluid temperature in your 2012-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK. For those in hot climates, this valve can also act as a useless flow restriction. Mishimoto's performance thermostatic bypass valve addresses these issues with a fully serviceable and removable thermostat. For hot climates, the thermostat can be replaced with an included bypass for constant full flow to the transmission cooler. This performance valve provides increased flow over the stock unit, ensuring your transmission cooler operates at peak efficiency. The kit includes a 160°F thermostat that matches the stock opening temperature, but the valve can be customized with other available Mishimoto thermostats to suit specific needs. Constructed from durable, aircraft-grade aluminum with machined cooling fins and an anodized finish, this valve is built to withstand harsh environments. It offers a direct-fit installation that takes less than an hour and is backed by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.
