Description

The MOTORAD 247-180 is a standard thermostat designed to maintain optimal engine operating temperatures. It is constructed from high-grade stainless steel and copper for durability and features an original equipment design for a direct-fit replacement. This thermostat is 100% tested and calibrated to ensure consistent and precise response to cooling system needs.

This thermostat opens at 180 degrees Fahrenheit (82.22 degrees Celsius) and is built to meet or exceed OEM standards. It is not electric and does not include an installation tool. The unit has a height of 1.99 inches and various other dimensional specifications, including bypass length and diameter, sealing flange outside diameter, and height between flanges.
