Description

The Dorman 902-5048 engine coolant thermostat housing is a metal component designed for specific Honda Prelude models. It features a natural finish and includes a gasket for a leak-free seal. The housing has an outlet port diameter of 1.188 inches and a 30-degree neck angle, along with two 0.313-inch mounting holes. This part is equipped with an air vent (bleeder valve) to aid in efficient coolant flow.

Constructed from durable metal, this housing is built to withstand engine conditions and corrosion. It directly replaces the original equipment, ensuring a bolt-on fit without the need for modifications. Note that the thermostat and mounting bolts are not included with this housing.
