TheTurboEngineers (TTE) Hybrid Turbocharger for 4.0TFSI

The TTE1020 Hybrid Turbocharger Upgrade (UH030-BTA) by TheTurboEngineers is engineered for the 4.0TFSI EA825 engine found in the C8 Audi RS6 and RS7. This upgrade is capable of supporting up to 936 HP and 830 LB-FT when combined with Unitronic's Stage 3 ECU and TCU performance software, along with other necessary Unitronic hardware upgrades. These turbochargers are remanufactured using genuine BorgWarner units as the base, incorporating a CNC-milled 5-axis compressor geometry and an upgraded TTE billet milled compressor with a 6+6 blade design. They also feature larger TTE 9-blade exhaust turbines for improved power capacity. The remanufacturing process includes extensive balancing, starting with individual parts balanced at low speeds and culminating in the assembled core being dynamically balanced at up to 250,000 RPM using a VSR machine, exceeding OEM standards. Each turbocharger comes with a serial-numbered balance test result document. To achieve the advertised performance figures, specific software and hardware are required. This includes Unitronic Stage 3 ECU and TCU software, a 4 Bar TMAP Sensor Upgrade Kit, 60mm Adapter Ring Set for turbo inlets, Carbon Fiber Intake & Turbo Inlets, a CSF Intercooler Upgrade, and Unitronic Performance Downpipes. Installation may also require OEM breather and extra fixing components, with specific part numbers provided. Genuine actuators and diverters are included.
