Thick Wall Turbo Kit for K20 Engines

The CXRacing Thick Wall Turbo Kit is a comprehensive system designed for K20 engines in 2005-2011 Honda Civic Si models (FA/FG/FK/FN/FD). This kit features a heavy-duty 11-gauge thick wall sidewinder exhaust manifold with 1.75" OD runners, equipped with T3 turbo and 38mm wastegate flanges for compatibility with larger turbos like the GT35. It includes a 3" stainless steel downpipe with a 2.5" ID flange and multiple O2 sensor flanges to facilitate tuning.

The intercooler kit includes a 3" core intercooler with 2" hotside and 2.5" coldside aluminum piping, designed to fit the factory MAF sensor. The kit also comes with a mounting bracket that allows for bolt-on installation while retaining the stock bumper support/crash bar. The included T3 GT35 turbo features a 4" inlet and 2.5" outlet. This kit supports up to 500HP.
