The K-Tuned Idle Adjustment Kit (KTD-TB-ISS) provides a solution for customers needing to fine-tune idle settings on K-Tuned 80mm and 90mm billet throttle bodies. This kit features a socket set cup point screw, measuring 10-32 x 5/8 Long, which acts as an adjustable stop for the throttle blade. Installation involves removing the throttle wheel to replace the existing component with this new adjustment screw. Once installed, the set screw allows for precise control over the throttle blade's resting position, facilitating finer idle adjustments. Some installations may require the throttle body to be removed from the manifold to gain sufficient access for adjusting the set screw. The applications listed for this kit include KTD-TB8-B35, KTD-TB8-K35, KTD-TB9-K40, and KTD-TB9-B40.
