Throttle Body Inlet Kit

The CTS Turbo Throttle Body Inlet Kit is engineered to enhance performance for 8V, 8V.2, 8Y/8S Audi RS3/TTRS models equipped with DAZA and DNWA engines, including all 2018-current variants. This kit offers a significant 56% internal volume increase compared to the factory inlet, with a CAD-optimized shape for maximum flow. The construction features a cast aluminum throttle body elbow and a billet aluminum spacer/boost tap, with all critical components CNC machined in-house for perfect fitment and performance. This direct replacement kit installs between the cold side of the intercooler and the throttle body. It is designed to provide an HP gain of up to 20hp on stock turbo setups, with even greater potential on big turbo upgrades. The kit includes a high-flow 2.75″ throttle inlet pipe, custom silicone couplers, and t-bolt clamps for a seamless installation. The machined throttle body spacer includes two additional ports for boost reference and methanol injection. The charge pipe features two extra 1/8″ NPT bungs suitable for water-meth nozzles. It is compatible with both 1-bolt and 2-bolt MAP sensors, and the DV flange is based on the factory design. Fitment includes 8V and 8V.2 Audi RS3 (2018-2020) DAZA/DNWA models, 8S Audi TT-RS (2018-2020) DAZA/DNWA models, and the 8Y Audi RS3 (2022-current). While compatible with factory and most aftermarket intakes and intercoolers, this kit is specifically not compatible with the Eventuri intake. The included hoses and fittings are designed for 2019+ DNWA engines.
