The Pedal Commander is a programmable throttle response controller that removes delays in electronic gas pedals, allowing for faster engine response and improved acceleration. Designed to replace sluggish pedal feel, this system offers 4 distinct control modes—Eco, City, Sport, and Sport+—each featuring 8 adjustable sensitivity levels to fine-tune driving performance to your specific preferences. This unit features Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to manage all 36 parameter settings via a mobile app or directly on the device. Installation is a straightforward, 10-minute do-it-yourself process using supplied OEM-style plugs, requiring no permanent modifications to your vehicle's electronics. Compatibility is specific to the make, model, engine, and transmission of your vehicle. For the Toyota FJ Cruiser, this unit (PC38-BT-BWP) is compatible with XJ10 models from 2007-2023 equipped with the 4.0L V6 engine, including Base, Trail Teams Special Edition, and TRD Special Edition trims.
