The ShiftPower SP28 is a plug-and-play throttle response controller that eliminates the acceleration lag inherent in modern electronic throttle control systems. By intercepting and recalibrating the signal between the accelerator pedal and the ECU, it delivers immediate, precise throttle response without altering engine performance, emissions, or voiding the vehicle's warranty. This controller offers extensive customization with 351 adjustable settings, 7 distinct driving modes (Race, Super Sport, Sport, Dynamic, Eco, Valet, and Lock), and 3 acceleration curves (Linear, Dynamic, and Exponential). Settings can be easily managed via a Bluetooth smartphone app available for iOS and Android. Additional features include an auto-unlock by presence function, a theft-deterrent lock mode that nullifies throttle response, and an adjustable valet mode that limits pedal input to 15-45%. The pedal connectors are IP67 waterproof, ensuring durability. The SP28 is backed by a 3-year warranty. It is compatible with a wide range of Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis models, with specific fitment details available for select years and trims.
