The Pro Circuit Ti-6 Titanium Exhaust System is a 4-stroke exhaust designed to improve performance for closed-course or off-road racing. It is constructed of titanium throughout the head pipe, mid pipe, and canister, with a carbon fiber end-cap. This system meets AMA amateur noise requirements and includes a removable USFS approved spark arrestor.

The Pro Circuit Ti-6 Titanium Exhaust System is engineered for dirt bikes, specifically the Kawasaki KX250 models from 2021 to 2023. Constructed with high-grade titanium for the head pipe, mid pipe, and canister, and finished with a carbon fiber end-cap, this system is built for both performance and durability. Designed to enhance performance for closed-course and off-road racing, the Ti-6 system incorporates Pro Circuit's RC-4 Resonance Chamber to effectively reduce noise output. It features a machined aluminum muffler bracket for increased strength and an asymmetrical muffler configuration that allows for greater packing volume. While the Ti-6 system meets AMA amateur noise requirements, it does not pass FIM sound requirements. It comes equipped with a removable, USFS-approved spark arrestor, offering riders the flexibility to switch between off-road and closed-course use. This exhaust system is proudly made in the USA, reflecting Pro Circuit's commitment to quality manufacturing.
