TI Automotive In-Tank Fuel Pump

The TI Automotive F90000285 fuel pump, often referred to as the "Walbro 470 or 525" or "Hellcat Pump," is engineered for high-performance applications requiring significant fuel delivery. It offers a higher output compared to similar models and incorporates a high-pressure relief valve, making it suitable for boosted engines. This pump is versatile, supporting gasoline, race gas, and ethanol blends up to E99, and can handle a maximum fuel pressure of 112 psi. Its dual-channel turbine pump design ensures very quiet operation, and it features an internal check valve for use in various fuel system configurations. The F90000285 is made in the USA by TI Automotive and includes a fuel-safe sealed Delphi electrical connector. It requires a Walbro prefilter on the inlet, with the Walbro 125-190 recommended, and each pump should be fused at 30A. It is not recommended for use with methanol fuels. Careful consideration should be given to the vehicle's existing fuel system's capacity before installing this pump. Upgrades may be necessary, including changes to electrical systems, filtration, fuel pressure regulation, and fuel line sizes. The pump is compatible with all Fore Innovations fuel pump modules (excluding the compact version) and some OE replacement applications, though these may require upgraded wiring. The pump has specific performance ratings: up to 500hp on gasoline and 800+ rwhp on E85. Specifications include an outlet diameter of 10mm (3/8"), an upper body diameter of 39mm, a lower body diameter of 50mm, and a length from inlet to outlet tips of 130.6mm.
