TiAL 60mm Wastegate

The CTS Turbo TiAL 60mm Wastegate, also known as the V60, is engineered for precise boost control in turbocharged applications. The wastegate employs a high-temperature NiCrFe based alloy for its valve and a 347SS stainless steel valve housing, materials chosen to withstand extreme operating temperatures and ensure a longer product lifespan compared to other designs. The actuator features a 17-7 PH Stainless Steel spring, which provides consistent pressure regulation even at elevated temperatures and resists relaxing. It is also equipped with a high-temperature silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm for enhanced reliability. Complementing its internal components, the TiAL 60mm Wastegate includes Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel for the valve seat and bushing, ensuring smooth operation and wear resistance. All hardware is constructed from stainless steel, and the mating weld flanges are made of 304L stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance and weldability. The actuator housing is available in several attractive, durable color anodized aluminum finishes: Silver, Red, Blue, Purple, and Black. This wastegate is capable of flowing 330 CFM at a 1psi differential pressure, making it suitable for a wide range of performance tuning needs.
