TiAL Sport 50mm Blow Off Valve

The TiAL Sport Blow Off Valve Q.10S is a high-performance valve designed to vent excess boost pressure, protecting your turbocharger and improving throttle response. This is the first revision of the original TiAL BOV, featuring a direct bolt-on design for any standard TiAL flange without re-welding. The Q.10S boasts a flow rate 60% greater than the original design, making it the highest-flowing BOV on the market and capable of supporting up to 1,800hp. Its construction features a CNC-machined 6061 aluminum alloy body and internal components, housing a substantial 1.98-inch (50.5mm) valve. The valve seal is secured by a clamped Viton O-ring to prevent sticking, and the Teflon-lubricated, hard anodize-coated valve stem and guide ensure wear resistance. The actuator utilizes a high-temperature, Nomex-reinforced silicone diaphragm for durability. Included with the valve is a V-band design aluminum mounting clamp with stainless steel hardware for a corrosion-free appearance, a TiAL air fitting with an oversized 10mm hose barb for quick actuator response, and a 10 PSI spring.
