It is constructed from high-quality materials including 347 Stainless Steel Alloy, a high-temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm, and a 17-7 PH Stainless Steel actuator spring for consistent pressure. The valve seat and bushing are made from Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel, ensuring reliability and longevity. The actuator is crafted from color-anodized 6061-T651 aluminum, available in various colors. Flanges are sold separately, and the wastegate is shipped with a leaded-safe valve, air fittings, and stainless hardware. Made in the USA, it offers various spring rates for different boost control needs.
