TiAL Sport MVR Wastegate 44mm 1.4 Bar (20.30 PSI) - Blue (MVR-1.4B)

The genuine TiAL Sport MV-R 44mm wastegate is more compact than any current 44 or 46mm wastegate on the market. It features two top air ports and three bottom air ports for easy installation, and is a direct, bolt-on replacement for the TiAL V44. The MV-R has an optional, extreme high temp casting available for motorsport applications. Available in 5 TiAL colors: silver, red, blue, purple and black. It features high temp NiCrFe based alloy valve and 347SS valve housing, high temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm, 17-7 PH Stainless Steel actuator spring, Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel for the valve seat and bushing, all Stainless Steel hardware, 304L mating weld flanges, and color anodized aluminum actuator. It has V-Band inlet and outlet for easy installation, with flanges and clamps included. Integrated -4 AN water cooling ports cycle a small amount of coolant through the actuator top to keep temperatures down in extreme conditions such as road racing. These are leak tested after installation from the factory and can be removed if not utilized. The MVR wear coating is resistant to the corrosive effects of lead oxide when running leaded racing fuel.
